What’s the best cosmetology school in Chicago?

I’m in the process of researching a cosmetology school in Chicago. My options are Pivot Point, Dudleys and Capri. They are all located in the city ( I can’t travel to the suburbs), but I’m not sure which is the best option? Pivot Point is my number one choice because they are international (plus they teach you how to do all types of hair), but I still have loans from undergraduate school and I’m trying not to take out too many loans. Does anyone have any information on all three schools to help me decision process a bit easier?

Can I still collect unemployment while attending cosmetology school?

The company I worked for the last 6 years shut down and I was laid off. I live in the state of California and I want to start a new career by going to cosmetology school, but I would need to collect unemployment while going to school. I’m pretty sure most cosmetology schools are full time. Is this possible since its like a trade school?
Yes you can. School is not a job/source of income.
